This 90mm Pocket Door Kit is suitable for:
- 35–44mm thick doors
- Up to 60 KG per door
- Fits 89mm CLS studwork or 92mm steel studwork perfectly (for other sizes see stud tab above)
- 12.5mm standard plasterboard
Double doors: Just order two singles (joining brackets included).
This kit includes:
- All required galvanized steel components and the track
- Brackets for stud fitting and plasterboard positioning
- Adjustable pocket entrance floor guide
- Runners with sealed carbon steel bearings
- Spring steel door brake (soft close option available)

Order separtely here for 115 or 125 mm finished wall thickness.
You will need to supply:
- Door panel (35 or 44mm thick, max 60kg)
- Studwork
- Plasterboard

Technical Information
Choosing Your Rocket Pocket Door Kit
The Rocket Pocket kit is available in 6 sizes tailored for standard UK door sizes. Max door weight: 60kg. For double doors, buy two singles (brackets included).
Choose the right door size from the chart or measure your available space and match accordingly.
What’s Included in the Kit
- A complete galvanised steel pocket and integral running track, both corrosion resistant.
- A set of runners each having two ‘sealed for life’ carbon steel bearing wheel that are contained within the track and cannot ‘jump’ off the rails.
- A spring steel braking system is included as standard and brakes the door closure under normal usage.
- Door brackets to attach the door to the runners, these have the possibility to adjust up to 7mm so your door can be at the perfect height (remember to always install your frame at finished floor level)
- Included also are 19mm plasterboard screws for attaching your plasterboard to the framework. These are important as they are just the right size to attach the board and not protrude too much with the risk of scratching your door.
- A lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
So that’s it, everything you need to make a door of your choice into a pocket door. You need only supply the door, plasterboard and any wood linings you choose.
